Apartments rented or purchased
along the costal line are well located next to
the many beaches and offer you all types of available
apartments to suit your budget and offer a wealth
of additional services. The apartments are clean
and well maintained. Most of the apartment buildings
offer communal swimming pools for all their guests.
Besides this, they are located very close to the
many beaches, which dot the coast. Apartments
are clean and well furnished and come in various
size options to match your budget. These apartments
are large and ideal for families or friends in
a large group who want to stay close together.
Most apartments have clean and well-furnished
kitchens too.
Before buying an apartment, check the surrounding
area by travelling around. Apart from the climate,
does the area have all the facilities you need,
such as medical services, transport, shops and
entertainment? The apartment must have at least
the basic utilities of electricity, water and
gas. Make sure that the apartment management does
provide these basic utilities and any additional
services you may need like air conditioning during
those hot summer months and apartment maintenance
if required during your stay.
Apartments in Spain generally fall into two different
categories: hotel apartamentos and residencia
apartamentos. The hotel apartments have full facilities,
with chamber service, equipped kitchenettes, and
often restaurants and bars. The residencia apartments,
also called apartamentos turísticos, come
fully furnished with kitchenettes but not with
the hotel services provided in the former. They
are cheaper, however and you can spend those savings
on dining in some nice restaurants outside.
